music is a team sport.
we are the national collegiate entertainers group (NCEG).
Our mission is to build new funding opportunities that support music & the arts in academic institutions.
NCEG offers training, community, & infrastructure for finding, mentoring, and promoting the next generation of industry leaders. We are creatives who give back as we strive, everyday, to reach the top.
We’re a network of college students working together to pursue our dreams.

I understand the power & influence that music and the arts have.
everyday, it inspires our youth to pursue their dreams and tell their stories in hopes of connecting with the masses.
unfortunately, that same passion can be easily exploited in an industry landscape that is ever-changing due to shifts in technology and revenue streams and where access to updated (reliable) knowledge can be the difference between getting paid and losing everything.
For this reason (and many others), we dare to believe that we can build a better system.
as college students (2013), we came together to identify the problems and map out solutions that promoted independence and ownership. and after a decade of research & refinement, we’ve built a system that we trust to share with the word.
Through NCEG, we are building ‘the ncaa of the music industry”
Beginning in 2017, this video tells the story of NCEG’s first chapter: Panther Entertainment Group at Georgia State University
The National Collegiate Entertainers Group (NCEG) is a nonprofit organization, started by students of Georgia State University, to reimagine what the music industry could be: "What if there was an NCAA for the Music Industry?" This short documentary, titled "For Us", is a look at the early history and impact of NCEG ahead of the release of "MOGULS: Season 1" After 10 years of research, the National Collegiate Entertainers Group has launched it's program to outline the framework for an "NCAA of the Music Industry"; a system in which colleges & universities in the United States can cultivate talent on their campus as a means of teaching the more complex and abstract concepts surrounding music, media & entertainment entrepreneurship. With the NCEG program, students can start a music career while in college.
